Linda Wilson

Linda is the former broker and owner of Wilson + Co. Sotheby’s International Realty in San Luis Obispo, which quickly became one of the most successful and prestigious locally owned and managed real estate firms on California’s Central Coast.

Linda offers professional real estate services for buyers and sellers, specializing in the sale of unique residential properties, multi-family, land parcels, estates, ranches, and vineyards.

She is a recognized Luxury Homes Marketing Specialist and has been awarded Fidelity National Title Top Producer in the county.

Linda holds the professional designations of CRS, CRB, and GRI, and is a graduate of the Real Estate Institute. A member of the National Association of REALTORS, California Association of REALTORS, and Women’s Council of REALTORS, Linda holds a Broker license in the State of California and served many years on the professional standards board.

Linda Wilson’s extensive local community involvement includes serving as the past President of the Rotary Club of San Luis Obispo Daybreak, and current member and past president of P.E.O. Chapter KA, striving to further women’s education. She also previously served as President and board member of FPAC (Foundation for the Performing Arts Center) and past board member of the French Hospital Board.
